The final solution of replacing the BBQ with a brand new one, volunteered by Sovereign some years after the purchase, was a step that few companies would entertain. The new BBQ is a faultless performer in all conditions, exactly as I had expected, but the exemplary customer care shown by your company is what I will always remember. Sweet as with the BBQ but enclosed photo to modification for wall brackets and this way do not need screwdriver when departing the Condo. Bracket made of 316 SS also, so looks the part and user friendly. They are well made and the best BBQ on the market. – Peter Cohen

My wife Candi and I wanted to let you know that since purchasing the “Alpha” BBQ flat/grill plate we have gotten rid of our oven – as we live on our Catamaran and it has opened up so much more room for us in the galley . We have cooked anything and everything on our new BBQ. We have cooked meatloaf, biscuits, casseroles, many assorted dinners and we have even baked cookies. It also grills a mean steak.

We have enjoyed our purchase so much that our inside stove is very seldom used anymore, which makes cleaning up easy.We have purchased 4 different BBQ’s from West Marine and other stores in the past 10 years and this BBQ has already surpassed our expectations and we are very happy customers.

Very Happy with the Tuckerman, I saw a Bushman in my mates camper and he has had it for some time and is very happy with it. I’ve got a slide-on camper and so space was more of a consideration, the Tuckermans height won me over. Nice to get a well built, good quality bit of gear for a change – thanks. – Simon S
